二、Working Principle
When the flowing gas passes through the gas meter, As a result of pipe friction and mechanism obstruction, There will be a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the gas meter, This pressure difference mainly pushes the diaphragm of the diaphragm gas meter to move in the metering chamber, At the same time, it drives the coordinated gas distribution of the gas distribution mechanism, So that the motion of the diaphragm can be continuously reciprocated, Through crank-rocker mechanism, This linear reciprocating motion is transformed into a circular motion, The circular motion then pushes the counter to rotate through the motion transmission mechanism to record the number of reciprocating motions of the diaphragm. As the diaphragm reciprocates once, a certain amount of gas is discharged, and the counter finally displays the volume of the measured gas through the conversion of the transmission chain to achieve the purpose of measuring gas.

四、Performance characteristics
1. High measurement accuracy. The movement redesigns the rotating volume, and the difference between the diaphragm volume and the standard volume is less than 10% dry, so the change of the rotating volume will be very small within the size error range of each part, thus improving the accuracy of measurement;
2. high stability and good consistency of repeat detection. that unique diaphragm limit and forced diaphragm turnover device is adopt, The limit of each movement of the diaphragm is at the same position, so that each movement of the diaphragm is filled with the same amount of gas, even after multiple movements and detections, the error of multiple detections is greatly reduced, and the stability of the table and the consistency of repeated detections are improved;
3. good durability. The low-temperature diaphragm is adopted, and has very good softness, and will not deform after multiple operations, so that the rotation volume will not change too much, and the durability of the table is greatly improved;
