一、Production profile

二、Working principle

      When the flowing gas passes through the gas meter, due to the friction of the pipeline and the block of the mechanism, a pressure difference will be generated at the inlet and outlet of the gas meter. This pressure difference mainly drives the diaphragm of the diaphragm gas meter to move in the measuring chamber, and drives the gas distribution mechanism at the same time. The coordinated gas distribution enables the movement of the diaphragm to reciprocate continuously. The diaphragm gas meter converts this linear reciprocating motion into a circular motion through the crank-rocker mechanism, and the circular motion then pushes the counter to rotate through the motion transmission mechanism. The number of reciprocating motions of the diaphragm is recorded. Since the diaphragm discharges a certain amount of gas every time it reciprocates, the counter finally displays the volume of the measured gas through the conversion of the transmission chain to achieve the purpose of measuring the gas.

 

三、Performance characteristics

1. The instrument shell is a steel shell, which is formed by deep-drawing high-quality steel plate. It forms a large purification space with its internal independent movement, which has the effect of precipitation and purification of impurities and moisture in the gas.

2. The upper and lower shells of the instrument shell are sealed by stainless steel integral card mounting. There are two types of air inlet and outlet: left in and right out and right in and left out.

3. The movement body is made of high-quality and high-strength engineering plastics, integrated design, and one-time injection molding, which simplifies the structure, reduces the number of parts, ensures the positioning accuracy of the movement parts, and reduces the cumulative error.

4. Important shaft parts such as vertical shaft, valve shaft, etc. are all made of stainless steel through multi-process finishing, grinding and polishing. After 96 hours of salt spray test, there is no obvious rust, good corrosion resistance and high sensitivity.

5. The assembly of the meter interface and the meter case adopts the pressure riveting method, which has high connection strength, good sealing performance, and good torsion resistance and pressure resistance.

6. Accurate measurement, stable performance, and good consistency of repeated testing, which can ensure testing contracts in different regions.
