Dear users, thank you for using our card ultrasonic flowmeter. Please read this instruction manual carefully before using it, so that you can easily use our products.
Card-type ultrasonic flowmeter is developed and produced according to China's national water meter standards GBT/778. 1-2018, JJG 162-2019, international water meter standards ISO4064-1: 2005, IDT and other standards.
The water meter adopts the unique ultrasonic propagation phase and time difference measurement technology newly developed by the company, and has the remarkable characteristics of high precision, low power consumption, wide measuring range ratio, stability and reliability, etc.
In the structure, the IP68 scheme of components is adopted, i.e. each component reaches the IP68 protection level, and the instrument cavity can ensure long-term operation even if water enters.
This series of water meters solves the problems of idling of traditional water meters, non-metering of small flow, excessive pressure loss and so on. It can be widely used in urban water supply pipelines, household water consumption meters, water intake monitoring of water resources, farmland irrigation, and also suitable for various industrial sites.
二、Working Principle
When ultrasonic waves propagate in flowing fluid, they carry the information of fluid flow rate, and the flow rate of fluid can be detected by the received ultrasonic waves, which can be converted into flow rate. Ultrasonic pulses pass through the pipeline from one sensor to another to achieve the purpose of measurement.

The water meter is equipped with 5 types of menu options, namely: main menu, auxiliary menu 1, auxiliary menu 2, quantitative control menu and time-sharing accumulation menu. Under the main menu, use the Modify key "" to enter any menu.
四、Performance characteristics
1. The pipeline is designed for fluid layered two-channel measurement, and the measurement is accurate
