How to open the valve of the smart gas meter when it is closed?
1. If the balance is insufficient, the valve will be closed. The remaining gas volume or amount in the meter is 0. Please go to the gas company to recharge in time or recharge through other channels;
2. When the power is turned off and the valve is closed, the battery in the meter is insufficient. The battery should be replaced in time, usually 4 AA dry batteries. It is recommended to replace the battery with better quality;
3. Close the valve with strong magnetic protection. Please check whether there are strong magnetic field objects around the gas meter, such as induction cookers, rice cookers, etc., and move them to a farther location;
4. Leakage alarm alarms and the valve closes (for smart gas meters with gas leakage alarm linkage). The gas leakage alarm detects gas leakage and closes the valve in the meter. In this case, it is recommended to contact the gas company to detect whether there is any leakage, and process it timely.
5、The overcurrent protection valve closes and the gas consumption flow is too large. This situation will occur after exceeding the rated maximum flow rate of the meter and continuing for a period of time. Please check whether there is an excessive peak gas consumption and replace the gas meter with a larger flow specification;
6. Small flow leakage will close the valve. Not only the gas meter will close the valve if the flow rate is too small, but it will also close the valve if the flow rate is too small. In this case, if the flow rate of the meter is lower than the set minimum value within a continuous period of time, it will be judged as a meter. If a leak occurs and the valve is closed, it is recommended to contact the gas company for handling;
7. If the gas is not used for a long time, the valve will be closed. If the gas is not used for a long time and exceeds the set number of days, the meter will automatically close the valve for protection;
8. The counting part of the meter fails. This situation is caused by the out-of-sync between the mechanical and intelligent parts of the meter. You need to contact the gas company for handling.
