Mechanical reading

Principle: Under the action of pressure difference, gas alternately enters the metering chamber through the distribution valve, fills and then discharges to the outlet, while pushing the flexible diaphragm in the metering chamber to make reciprocating motion, and converts the cycle of inflation and exhaust into the corresponding gas volume flow through the conversion mechanism, and then transmits it to the counter through the transmission mechanism to complete the gas cumulative metering function.

Reading method: The user directly observes the mechanical pointer and dial on the gas meter, and reads the numbers from left to right in sequence. Usually, the black frame is an integer, and the red frame is a decimal. The meter reading generally only takes integers.

Electronic reading

Principle: On the basis of the mechanical diaphragm gas meter, electronic sensors and display screens are added. Electronic sensors can more accurately capture the movement changes of the diaphragm, convert them into electrical signals, and accurately display the gas flow on the display screen after processing.
