Analysis of Common Problems with LPG Meters
LPG meters are fully electronic metering instruments that use ultrasonic principles. They measure gas volume flow rate by utilizing the principle that the time difference of ultrasonic waves propagating in a gas medium along the flow direction is proportional to the gas flow velocity.
This gas meter has three error codes: Err (base meter problem), cErr (communication problem), and HERR (metering problem). LoRaWan communication does not have a cErr error code. The specific meanings of the codes and the causes of the errors are as follows.

1. If the battery icon in the upper right corner is flashing, it means the battery is about to run out of power. Please replace the battery as soon as possible.
2. If the valve icon in the lower right corner is flashing, it means the valve is malfunctioning or no valve has been detected.
III.Communication-Related Issues

Other common communication problems:
1. Most NB and GPRS communication problems can be resolved by checking the cErr error code. If the problem persists, please contact after-sales support.
2. LoRaWan communication
1) Is the distance between the gateway and the meter too far? Are there too many obstructions or interference? Generally, the communication distance is about 2km in open areas; about 1km~1.5km in sparsely populated areas with less interference; and less than 1km in densely populated areas with significant interference.
2) Is the LoRaWan gateway configuration correct? Is the network connection normal? Are the module's frequency band and channel correct?Is the LoRaWan management platform configuration correct?
