The case of GB-1. 6 sonic gas meter is made of aluminum alloy die casting, and its plastic parts are made of high-strength engineering plastics. With this high-quality material and reasonable structural design, the product can still reach various indexes under long-term working conditions. The advanced micro-ultrasonic principle is adopted, the change of airflow is induced by piezoelectric patch, and the calculation is carried out by high-quality microprocessor, so it is an ideal measuring instrument in gas industry.

二、Working Principle

 

This product is a sound wave technology product introduced to meet the market demand. The principle is that the airflow passes through the aluminum alloy cavity to generate vortex airflow, which passes through the thin film piezoelectric sheet to generate vibrating voltage signals. After the voltage signals are amplified and shaped, pulse signals proportional to the flow rate are generated. After measuring and analyzing the pulse signal, the single chip microcomputer converts the gas volume, which is displayed and stored by the single chip microcomputer.

Power supply

Main battery capacity level indication
